Everything You Need to Know About Working with Qnique Enterprises
Credit repair is the process of identifying and addressing inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information on your credit report to improve your credit score. At Qnique Enterprises, we follow all legal guidelines under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) to protect your rights as a consumer.
Absolutely. Credit repair is 100% legal. Our process is built on federal consumer protection laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). Studies show that up to 79% of credit reports contain errors — we work within the law to correct them on your behalf.
On average, the credit repair process takes 4 to 6 months. However, timelines vary depending on the complexity of your credit situation. Our team works efficiently to analyze, dispute, and resolve inaccuracies as quickly as possible.
Credit monitoring typically updates every 35–45 days. After Round 1 disputes are submitted, we review your updates and plan the next steps. Results vary based on your individual credit profile.
All updates are available 24/7 through your Qnique client portal at pulse.scorexer.com. You will receive login credentials after onboarding. Our team is also available Monday through Friday to answer any questions.
You will need a valid government-issued ID with your current address, and a utility bill showing your current address. These are required to verify your identity and begin the dispute process.
Yes. You have 3 business days from the date of signing your agreement to cancel for a full refund, provided no credit consultation has occurred. Please refer to the "Notice of Right to Cancel" included in your service agreement.
New negative items that appear after your onboarding has been completed require an additional fee of $75 per item to address. Please notify us through your client portal as soon as you notice any new items.
We strongly recommend waiting until your services are completed before applying for any new credit. The only exception is if you have no credit cards at all — in that case, you may apply for one card (Capital One or Discover preferred). Applying for new credit during the process can add hard inquiries and slow down your progress.
No. Qnique Enterprises complies fully with FTC regulations, state laws, and the Credit Repair Organizations Act — we cannot legally guarantee a specific outcome. However, we promise to do everything legally possible on your behalf to restore your credit and help you reach your financial goals.
Active credit monitoring is required throughout the entire process. If your monitoring becomes inactive, we lose the ability to pull updates and track dispute results — which may result in your case being paused or dismissed. Please keep your monitoring active at all times.
